The answer

Allah created His servants for His worship, and He appointed for them specific times for worship, from which they should neither precede nor delay. "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a timed ordinance." Work is an act of worship if the servant sincerely intends it for Allah's sake. However, preoccupation with work should not be a reason for neglecting prayer. A husband has the right to admonish his wife if she does not wake him for prayer at its appointed time. Tiredness, exhaustion, and sleepiness are not valid reasons for combining prayers. The husband must be awakened to perform the prayer at its proper time.
