What is the ruling on the ablution of a man who cannot control drops of urine until an hour after urinating?

Urine is impure (najis), and whatever it touches of clothing or body must be washed. It nullifies ablution (wudu), except for a person afflicted with urinary incontinence ( سلس البول). For prayer, wash whatever urine has soiled on your clothes and body, then perform ablution and pray. It is preferable to relieve oneself well before prayer to allow sufficient time for purification, and to designate special undergarments for prayer.
