What is the solution to the problem of urine dripping after urination, which causes one to miss the time for Maghrib prayer or to delay other prayers (Asr and Isha) while at the university?
If urination is continuous, such that the affected person does not find time for purification (taharah) and prayer, then he is considered to have incontinence (sals). He should perform ablution (wudu') and pray the obligatory (fard) and supererogatory (nawafil) prayers until the time for that prayer exits, and he should not hold back urine. If the only time he experiences a cessation (of urine flow) is during lectures, then it is permissible for him to combine two prayers due to necessity.
