Why do the sheikhs forbid non-essential cosmetic surgeries, even though it is an innate desire for women, in accordance with His, the Almighty’s, saying: "Then is one who is brought up among ornaments and in dispute is not clear?"

A distinction must be made between the actions of the general populace and Muslims. Muslims are governed by the Sharia, which restricts all their actions, whereas non-Muslims may follow their whims. A Muslim woman adorns herself according to what the Sharia has permitted, and she is not allowed to do everything her soul desires. All religious texts must be considered, and some should not be taken without others.
