Is the statement of Lady Aisha, "If you were able to remove your eyeballs and replace them with something better than they are," authentic, and does it indicate the permissibility of cosmetic surgeries for beautification without a medical necessity?

The narration reported from Aisha concerning trimming and removing facial hair has an unestablished chain of transmission (sanad). Although some scholars used it as evidence for the permissibility of a woman plucking for her husband, and they interpreted the hadith cursing the plucker (namisah) as referring to one who does so deceptively, the preponderant opinion is the absolute prohibition of plucking the eyebrows. As for using this narration as evidence for the absolute permissibility of cosmetic surgeries, this is incorrect, because the apparent meaning of the Qur’an and Sunnah prohibits altering Allah’s creation, except for what is done to remove harm or a clear disfiguring defect in creation.
