Is it permissible to suffice with washing the private parts and performing ablution, without washing the clothes exposed to prostatic fluid (madhy) and praying and reciting Quran in them, especially when it is difficult to wash clothes outside the home?

To purify clothes from prostatic fluid (madhiy), pour water over the affected area until it is submerged. The part of the clothing that has been stained by madhiy must be washed when one intends to pray or perform an act that requires the garment to be ritually pure. Outer garments do not need to be washed unless it is certain that they have been soiled by impurity. It is permissible to recite the Qur'an even if the madhiy has not been washed off the clothes or body.
