Is it permissible to perform one ghusl with the intention of removing ritual impurity for several menstrual cycles that have not been cleansed?

If you left ghusl due to an excuse and performed tayammum and prayed, there is no blame upon you. However, if ghusl was left without an excuse, this is a grave sin that necessitates immediate performance of ghusl. One ghusl is sufficient for all the missed menstrual cycles. You must also make up all the prayers you missed during that period.
