Is what I do, performing the Witr prayer after the second Adhan for Fajr prayer, correct? Is it permissible for me to continue supplicating if the first Adhan overtakes me? Is the Witr prayer valid after the first Adhan? Is there sin in supplicating with: "Oh Allah, make my husband devoted to me," or "Oh Allah, extinguish his anger with 'there is no god but Allah,' and attract his love with 'there is no power nor strength except with Allah'"?

You have done well in performing the night vigil (Qiyam al-Layl), supplication (Du'a), and seeking forgiveness (Istighfar). We ask Allah for steadfastness and excellence in worship.

If the first Adhan in your city is before the true dawn (Al-Fajr Al-Sadiq), then it is for notification and preparation. The Shari'ah rulings related to prayer and fasting are contingent upon the second Adhan (Al-Fajr Al-Sadiq).

There is no harm in performing Witr prayer after the first Adhan, but Fajr prayer is not permissible before the second Adhan.

If you are in prayer, it is not recommended to respond to the Mu'adhdhin; rather, continue with your supplication and worship. However, if you are not in prayer, it is preferable to follow the Mu'adhdhin.

There is no harm in the supplication "O Allah, make my husband devoted to me" (Allahumma sakhkhir li zawji) if it is intended with a correct meaning, such as love and good companionship.
