What is the ruling regarding continuous flatulence that occurs during ablution and prayer, and is it permissible to combine two prayers due to the hardship of performing ablution for each prayer time?

It appears you are afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering/doubts). We advise you to ignore it and pay no attention to it. Build upon the original state, which is the persistence of purity. Perform ablution (wudu’) and pray normally, and do not repeat the ablution unless you are absolutely certain that it has been nullified.

If you are certain of the impurity (hadath) and find a period of time sufficient to perform the prayer with valid purity, then wait, perform ablution, and pray. If you do not find such a period, then your ablution is treated like that of someone afflicted with sals (incontinence). Perform ablution after the time for prayer has begun and pray; what comes out of you will not harm you. It is permissible for you to combine two prayers with a single ablution according to some scholars. You should also seek medical treatment by consulting doctors.
