It is not permissible to perform a sex reassignment surgery from male to female or vice versa, as it involves altering Allah's creation, unless trustworthy doctors, after necessary examinations, determine that a person's reproductive organs are male but appear female, or vice versa. In such a case, the surgery is permissible. However, if the organs are natural, then alteration is not permissible. Accordingly, it is not permissible to marry this person because she has not transformed into a man and remains female due to the absence of male organs, and it is not permissible to use artificial organs for intercourse.
