Is not reciting the Quran with Tajweed considered haram? What do the marks "Sali," "Qali," and "Jim" in the Quran mean? And what is the ruling on not prostrating when there is an ayah of prostration?

It is obligatory to learn the rules of Tajwid for those who are able to do so. A woman who neglects it is sinful if her recitation without Tajwid alters the meaning. She must stop reciting until she learns the correct rules.

The stop signs in the Mushaf are: - [صلي]: Stopping is permissible, but continuing is better. - [قلي]: Stopping is better than continuing. - [ج]: Stopping and continuing are equal.

The prostration of recitation (Sujud al-Tilawah) is a Sunnah according to the majority of scholars. One who omits it is not sinful but misses out on its reward.
