Does the meaning of the noble verse, "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent" – does it encompass both this world and the Hereafter? And if it encompasses the Hereafter, what then are the "provision" and the "way out" on the Day of Resurrection?

The verse: (And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect) was revealed in the context of the verses of divorce. Its meaning in this context is: whoever does not transgress the Sunnah in divorce, Allah will make for him a way out through the permissible reconciliation, and will provide for him. And whoever does not fear Allah in this matter will regret and his affairs will become difficult.

The verse is general in its wording, encompassing everyone who fears Allah in any matter. So, whoever fears Allah in any matter, He will make for him a way out, facilitate his affairs, and provide for him from where he does not expect.

Examples of the generality of the wording include that whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out of every hardship and difficulty, and from punishments, and will bestow upon him rewards from where he does not expect, bless his provision, lead him from the unlawful to the lawful, from Hell to Paradise, and make him content with his provision.

So, whoever fears Allah, He will reward him in this world and the hereafter, and will make for him relief and a way out from every hardship and difficulty. And whoever does not fear Allah will fall into hardships, burdens, and shackles.
