The fluid that was discharged could be madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), in which case ablution (wudu') is required and whatever it touched must be purified, or it could be maniy (seminal fluid), in which case a ritual bath (ghusl) is required. Your fast is valid according to the Shafi'i and Hanafi schools, as the emission of madhiy does not invalidate the fast according to them, nor does the emission of maniy due to repeated looking.
