Is there a supplication that Satan dislikes attributed to Muhammad ibn Wasi', and what is its authenticity, and what is its text?

Satan is humanity's eternal enemy, and he takes hold of the heart of the one heedless of the remembrance of Allah. Therefore, a Muslim should increase in remembrance (dhikr); for it repels Satan, as stated in the Hadith that Satan turns away upon hearing the call to prayer (adhan). Among the ways to repel Satan's schemes is seeking refuge in Allah from him, as in His Almighty saying: "So when you recite the Qur’an, seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the expelled." And Jibreel (Gabriel) mentioned a supplication to the Prophet to repel the schemes of jinn and devils, which is: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, which neither the righteous nor the wicked can transgress, from the evil of what He has created, originated, and made; and from the evil of what descends from the sky and what ascends therein; and from the evil of what He has created in the earth and what emerges from it; and from the evil of the trials of night and day; and from the evil of every nocturnal visitor, except a visitor who comes with good, O Most Merciful."
