What is the meaning of "Al-Tariq" in His, Exalted be He, saying: "By the heaven and Al-Tariq"?

"Al-Tariq" is the star, and it is named so because it is only seen at night and disappears during the day. This is indicated by the prohibition against a man coming to his family suddenly at night, and by the hadith that includes the supplication: "Except for a Tariq (comer by night) who comes with good, O Most Merciful."
