Are the names "the Harmer" (al-Dharr) and "the Arrogant" (al-Mutakabbir) among Allah's Most Beautiful Names and Attributes?

"Al-Mutakabbir" (The Most Proud/The Supreme) is one of Allah's Beautiful Names. It means the Almighty, the Possessor of Grandeur, or the Transcendent above the attributes of creation, or the One who is Supreme over His rebellious creation. Grandeur (Kibriya') here means greatness and dominion, or the perfection of the Self and existence, and it is an attribute exclusively for Allah's Self. Allah manifests His grandeur to His servants so that no grandeur remains for anyone else.

As for the name "Al-Darr" (The Harmer), it has not been established that it is one of Allah's names, and the hadith mentioning it is weak. However, causing harm to whomever He wills among His servants is an attribute of Allah. The door of attributes is wider than the door of names. This name or attribute is not mentioned except when coupled with what conveys a good meaning, such as cunning, plotting, and mocking. Thus, it becomes perfection in Allah's right when it is in response to those who do such things.
