Is it permissible for the wronged Muslim to supplicate against his oppressor in Qunut al-Nawazil, and is there a specific supplication for that?

Qunut al-Nawazil (Qunut for calamities) is prescribed for the congregation and the individual during disasters, epidemics, and aggressions against Muslims. As for one person wronging another, there is no evidence that permits Qunut for it. However, it is permissible for the wronged person to supplicate against their oppressor during prayer and outside of it. It is also permissible for the worshiper to say in their supplication: "O Allah, do such and such to so-and-other person, whether good or evil." However, patience and forgiveness are preferable.
