Is the supplication of the wronged against his relative who took his money by force considered a sin or the prayer of one who has been wronged, and what are the best times for reading the Qur’an and for a granted supplication?

There is no sin upon one who supplicates against someone who wronged him by unjustly taking his money, as long as the supplication is commensurate with the injustice, based on the saying of Allah the Almighty: "Allah does not like the public utterance of evil speech, except by one who has been wronged."

And taking someone else's money unjustly is a forbidden wrongdoing. Islam has made the sanctity of a Muslim's wealth like the sanctity of his blood and honor.

Reciting the Quran is virtuous at all times, as long as the Muslim is not in a state of major ritual impurity (junub).

And supplications are answered at all times, unless the servant supplicates for a sin or for the severance of kinship ties. Among the times when supplications are hoped to be answered are: during prostration (sujud), after the prescribed prayers, during the last third of the night, between the adhan and the iqamah, the last hour after Asr on Friday, the Day of Arafah, Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree), and at the time of breaking the fast.
