Is the name "Manar" considered religious, and what is the meaning of the name "Ayah"?

There is no harm in naming a child "Manar" because it does not involve servitude to other than Allah, nor self-praise, nor any reprehensible meaning. It is also not exclusive to Allah the Almighty. If the intent behind the name "religious" is that it is permissible, then it is so. However, there is no specific virtue in naming with it, and some other names are better. The meaning of Al-Manar: a landmark on the road and a boundary between lands, and the plural of minaret. Similarly, the name "Ayah" is permissible, and its meaning is a sign or a lesson.
