Is it permissible to recite the Qur’an with the intention of completing it (khatm) and performing ruqyah for oneself simultaneously, knowing that ruqyah involves wiping (masah) and we do not wipe during regular recitation?

It is Islamically permissible to recite the Quran with the intention of completing it (khatmah) and for ruqyah (exorcism/healing). Wiping the body during or after recitation for ruqyah is legislated. Thus, it is permissible to blow into the hands and wipe them over the body, or to blow directly onto the body.
