Is it permissible to perform self-ruqyah by reciting Surat Ya-Sin up to the word "Mubin," then reciting Ayat al-Kursi 11 times, and then completing the surah?

The Quran legislates for the Muslim to read as much of it as they wish, to use it for Ruqyah (exorcism/healing), and to ask Allah through it for whatever needs they desire, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Read the Quran and ask Allah through it, before a people come who will read the Quran and ask people through it." And his saying to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): "Treat her with the Book of Allah."

Al-Mubarakfuri clarified that asking through it means seeking whatever one wishes of worldly and hereafter matters, or supplicating at a verse of mercy. Ibn Al-Qayyim emphasized that the Quran is the complete cure for all ailments of the heart, body, this world, and the Hereafter, citing Allah's saying: "Is it not sufficient for them that We have sent down to you the Book which is recited to them? Indeed in that is a mercy and a reminder for a people who believe."
