Is this method of Ruqyah valid: blowing three times, then reciting the first five verses of Surat Al-Baqarah, then Ayat Al-Kursi, then the last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah, then Al-Ikhlas and Al-Mu'awwidhatain three times, then blowing three times?

The Qur'an is a healing and a mercy for the believers. It has been authentically narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he commanded the treatment of a woman with the Book of Allah, as stated in Sahih Ibn Hibban on the authority of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her. And ruqya derived purely from the two revelations (Qur'an and Sunnah) is from the guidance and law of the Prophet.
