What is the authenticity of naming the Day of Arafah as "Yawm al-Khulaif" among the people of Makkah, and why is this term not mentioned in books or by scholars?

"Yawm al-Khuleif" (The Day of the Stay-Behinds) was a term used in Mecca at the beginning of the last century, when all the men of Mecca would leave for Hajj, and only women and children would remain. If women found a man in Mecca on the Day of 'Arafah, they would reproach him for lagging behind the pilgrims. The word "al-Khuleif" refers to "one who lags behind people." This term was not a substitute for the Day of 'Arafah but rather a description of a specific situation at that time. This custom has ceased, and its mention has vanished.
