Is a girl obligated to take off her "esdal" (a loose, full-length garment) and obey her father who threatens to divorce her mother if she does not, and what is the fate of her mother if it is the first, second, or third divorce?

If a father orders his daughter to commit an evil, such as removing her hijab, she must obey her Lord and disobey her father, because there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. Even if the father makes his wife's divorce conditional upon it, the girl is not permitted to disobey her Lord. This father should be advised and reminded of his responsibility.
