Does a divorce occur if the husband playfully says, "By God, I will divorce you, you see, I will divorce you"?

It appears that the husband's statement, "By Allah, I will divorce you, you see, I will divorce you," does not constitute a divorce unless he intended it, because the present tense form is not explicit for divorce. However, if by using the present tense he intended to effect a divorce immediately, then his divorce occurs.
