What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding the continuation of a marriage between a couple where the husband constantly doubts and curses by Allah, has divorced his wife twice, threatens to tarnish her reputation, and has committed adultery and consumed alcohol?

Whoever insults Allah the Almighty is an infidel (kafir). If it is proven that your husband insulted Him, then he must be advised. If he repents, the marriage remains valid. If he persists, then it is not permissible for you to stay with him. Anger does not prevent a divorce from occurring as long as the person is aware of what he is saying. Since he admitted to divorcing you, there is no need to ask him about his intention. If a woman is in her waiting period (iddah) from a revocable divorce, her husband may take her back without a new contract. If her waiting period ends, she is not lawful to him except with a new contract. A Muslim woman should be deliberate in choosing a husband and be content with someone whose religiosity and character she feels secure about.
