What is the ruling on performing ablution while wearing mascara on the eyelashes, knowing that there are two types of mascara: water-permeable and water-impermeable?

Water must reach the eyelashes, eyebrows, cheeks, mustache, and beard during ablution (Wudu') and ritual bathing (Ghusl), because they are part of the face, which the Lawgiver commanded to be washed. If the paint prevents water from reaching the hair, it must be removed before ablution or ritual bathing; otherwise, the ablution is valid.
