The answer

The father does not have the right to prevent his daughter from accompanying her husband when he visits his friends or receives them in his home, and she is not obliged to obey him in this matter. The husband's right takes precedence over the father's right when there is a conflict. Similarly, the father is not to be obeyed if he asks his daughter to divorce for personal reasons. Ibn Taymiyyah said: "When a woman marries, her husband has more authority over her than her parents, and obedience to her husband is more incumbent upon her." Al-Mardawi said: "She is not obliged to obey her parents in separating from her husband, nor in visiting or similar matters; rather, obedience to her husband is more rightful."
