Is it better to complete many recitations of the Quran during Ramadan, or to deeply reflect on one recitation or half a recitation?

Reciting the Quran has great merit; indeed, for every letter, there are ten good deeds. The best of deeds is "al-haal al-murtahil," meaning reciting the Quran from beginning to end and then from end to beginning. Contemplation (tadabbur) is the basis for the Quran's revelation, and it is required alongside frequent recitation. Reciting with contemplation is better, even if the recitation is less. Therefore, it is recommended to recite the Quran frequently with contemplation.
