What is the legal ruling on entering a malicious text-chat website and then exiting it after a few minutes and seeking forgiveness from Allah?

Accessing malicious websites online is impermissible. The one who engages in it must perform sincere repentance by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving never to return to it. It is recommended to occupy oneself with obedience to Allah, reciting the Quran, seeking beneficial knowledge, marrying, associating with the righteous, keeping away from bad company, observing the obligatory prayers, and increasing in various acts of worship.
