The answer

A person afflicted with continuous fecal incontinence due to an artificial anus may combine two prayers if performing each prayer at its appointed time becomes difficult for them. Their ablution for every two combined prayers should be performed after the time for those prayers has begun. Congregational prayer in the mosque is waived for them if their attendance would lead to defiling the mosque or spreading a foul odor that harms worshippers, because mosques are solely for the remembrance of Allah, prayer, and recitation of the Qur'an. And whoever habitually prays in congregation will have the full reward of congregational prayer written for them, even if they pray at home.
