Which of Al-Bukhari's narrations are the most numerous in terms of the number of men in the isnad: the Thulathiyyat (those with three narrators), the Khumasiyyat (those with five narrators), or the Tis'iyyat (those with nine narrators)?

Isnad (chain of narration) holds a great status in the religion. The closer the isnad is to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the more trustworthy its narrators, the greater its importance and proximity to authenticity. Isnad is a unique characteristic of the Islamic Ummah. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar classified narrators into twelve classes, placing Imam Al-Bukhari in the eleventh class. The highest isnads in Al-Bukhari's "Sahih" are the Thulathiyat (those with three narrators between him and the Prophet), numbering 22 hadiths, while his lowest isnad is the Tusa'i (nine narrators), which is only one hadith. The most common of his isnads is the Khumasi (five narrators).
