How does one perform ruqyah on an affected body part, such as wounds and sores, and what is the difference between نفث (nafth) and تفل (tafl)?

The method of Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism) is for the reciter to place his hand on the site of pain or affliction, or to deliver the Ruqyah to the affected person through any permissible means, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did.
