What is the prophetic evidence for the impurity of the saliva of dogs and pigs, and of urine and feces, and what are the authentic texts that indicate this?

Human urine and feces are impure by scholarly consensus. This is evidenced by the Prophet's (peace be upon him) command to pour a bucket of water over the urine of the Bedouin, and by his (peace be upon him) statement regarding the two individuals being punished in their graves: "As for one of them, he would not cleanse himself from his urine." It is also evidenced by his (peace be upon him) command to perform istinja' (ritual cleansing) after urinating and defecating.

The urine and droppings of animals whose meat is not permissible to eat are impure according to the majority of scholars. As for the urine and droppings of animals whose meat is permissible to eat, there is a difference of opinion.

The saliva of a dog is impure according to the majority of scholars, contrary to the Malikis. They based this on the hadith: "If a dog licks the vessel of one of you, let him spill it then wash it seven times."

The pig is inherently impure according to the majority of scholars. They based this on the Almighty's saying: ﴿Say, "I do not find in what has been revealed to me anything forbidden to a consumer who eats it, except that it be a dead animal or spilled blood or the flesh of swine — for indeed, that is an abomination."﴾ [Al-An'am: 145]. This is also because the pig is in a worse state than the dog.
