Is the wife sinful for refusing to strike the neighbor's son as a threat, due to the harm it would cause the neighbor, and is this considered disobedience to the husband?

The husband's order to his wife to go to the neighbor to stop her son from harming them is permissible, and obedience to him in this matter is obligatory. However, do not tell her that the husband will hit the child, as he does not have the right to do so. Indeed, no one is permitted to discipline another except the Imam or his deputy, or a master his slave, or a husband his disobedient wife, or a father his young child, or a teacher. Furthermore, there is no impediment to reminding the husband of the virtue of being kind to neighbors and enduring their harm patiently.
