Is the husband sinful for preventing his wife from visiting her family, who incite her against him and use abusive language, taking into account that he allowed her to visit them for a brief period in his company, and prevented them from entering his home for similar reasons and their claim of being afflicted by touch or sorcery at the beginning of the marriage?

There is no sin or blame upon you. It is a husband's right to prevent his wife from visiting her parents or from receiving them if he fears they might corrupt her, and for as long as the potential for corruption exists. However, if he does not fear harm, he has no right to prevent her. You are permitted to prevent your wife from allowing anyone you dislike into your home, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "And your right over them is that they should not allow anyone into your beds (homes) whom you dislike."
