Is it obligatory to make up for missed adhkar after remembering them, such as the adhkar for riding, leaving the house, or waking up from sleep? And what about the adhkar whose time conflicts, or those that cannot be made up after their occasion has passed, such as the adhkar for entering the house or leaving the mosque?

It is legislated to make up for missed adhkar (remembrances) related to specific times after their designated time has passed. This is supported by the actions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his Companions. As for adhkar linked to specific causes, such as entering or exiting the home, they are not to be made up after the cause has concluded, with the exception of certain cases for which a specific text has been reported. An example is saying "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah) before eating; if one forgets it at the beginning, he should say: "Bismillah awwalahu wa akhirahu" (In the name of Allah, its beginning and its end). As for the dhikr for entering the toilet, if a person remembers it while inside and the place is not prepared for that remembrance, he should say it where he is. However, if the place is prepared for that (i.e., it is a toilet), he should exit it to say the dhikr.
