What is the correction concerning question number 2115031 regarding the ruling on a husband caressing his wife during the day in Ramadan until emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid)?

It was previously stated in Fatwa No. 31119 that the preponderant opinion is that if a man engages in foreplay with his wife while fasting and madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is discharged, his fast is invalidated, unless it is not his usual habit for madhy to be discharged due to foreplay.

No discharge of madhy from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was ever reported during Ramadan due to foreplay, as he, peace and blessings be upon him, was the most in control of his desires among people. For this reason, some scholars prohibited a fasting person from foreplay during the daytime in Ramadan, because others who may not be in control of their desires cannot be analogized to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
