What is the jurists' opinion on attaching artificial hair if the natural hair is diseased and troubled, and is it permissible to wear it for a wedding party?

The jurists have agreed on the prohibition of a woman connecting her hair with human hair. The general authentic hadiths are explicit in prohibiting hair extensions and cursing the one who connects hair (al-wasilah) and the one for whom it is connected (al-mustawsilah) absolutely, whether for someone with an excuse, a bride, or others.

As for connecting hair with something other than human hair, there is a difference of opinion among scholars. Some scholars have favored the permissibility of connecting hair with non-human hair, such as pure synthetic hair or colored threads, due to the absence of deception or the risk of impurity, and to achieve the benefit of a woman beautifying herself for her husband.
