Consuming and selling alcohol are forbidden, and it must be destroyed. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) cursed everyone involved with alcohol, including its drinker, seller, carrier, and others. As for the deceased's belongings and clothes, they belong to their heirs, who may use them or give them away in charity. What is commonly rumored about the necessity of giving them away in charity is not correct.
