Is it permissible to use masks called "Vengeance Mask" to conceal one's identity, and does their use remain permissible if they are colored black?

It is not permissible to wear the aforementioned mask because it is a garment of the deviant among the people of disbelief, and it involves imitating them and terrorizing the believers. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them," and "It is not lawful for a Muslim to terrorize another Muslim."
