Is it a condition to completely remove armpit and pubic hair by plucking or shaving, or is it permissible to leave some hair, especially if complete shaving causes itching?

The Sunnah regarding the removal of armpit hair is plucking, and for pubic hair, it is shaving, as stated in the Hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): "The fitra (natural disposition) is five things, or five things are from the fitra: circumcision, shaving the pubic hair, plucking the armpit hair, clipping the nails, and trimming the mustache." It is permissible to shave the armpit and pluck the pubic hair, and the Sunnah is fulfilled by removal with any depilatory, but the best is to do what the Sunnah specifies.
