The answer

We have previously clarified in Fatwa No. 36200 the validity of the khutbah (sermon) in a language other than Arabic, according to most scholars, in cases where Arabic is not possible, and that attending it is obligatory even if one does not understand, if no other option is available.

Speed in prayer, if it does not violate the pillars (arkan), does not affect the validity of the prayer. It is desirable to adopt a moderate pace in its performance, between prolonged prayer and speed that does not violate the pillars. The prayer of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was moderate, neither too long nor too short. As for that which violates the pillars of prayer, its performer is blameworthy and his prayer is not sufficient.

If the questioner and his companions are unable to pray in the mosque, they can pray in congregation during work, if possible, to attain the virtue of congregational prayer.
