Is it permissible to seek help from a person who claims to treat with the Qur’an and admits that he has Muslim jinn who assist him in diagnosing the cause of the problem, such as sorcery and the jinn lover, knowing that he does not seek their help in the treatment itself, and does this contradict religion and the Sunnah?

It is not permissible to seek the help of jinn or to use them, whether they are Muslim or non-Muslim. Since this person has stated that he seeks the help of jinn, it is not permissible to seek his help. Protect yourself with the authentic prophetic ruqyahs, and do not succumb to illusion. The fundamental principle is your safety from possession and other harms. Therefore, put your trust in Allah and strive in supplication.
