What is the ruling of the Sharia on using a device to widen the vagina for the purpose of marriage after a surgical operation?

It is permissible to perform a vaginal tightening procedure to remove disfigurement and achieve the purpose of marriage, provided that Islamic legal regulations are observed, such as the procedure being performed by a female doctor, and the 'awrah (private parts) not being exposed except out of necessity. If no woman is available, a man may treat a woman to the extent of the need, with a non-Muslim female doctor being preferred over a Muslim one for treatment if no Muslim woman is available. The proof for the permissibility of this is the jurisprudential rule that permits the exposure of the 'awrah when there is an urgent need for treatment, as mentioned in "Mughni al-Muhtaj," "Al-Adab al-Shar'iyyah," and by the Islamic Fiqh Academy.
