What is the supplication for congratulating parents on a newborn, and its response?

It is recommended to congratulate the parents of a newborn with what was narrated from Al-Hasan Al-Basri: "May Allah bless you in what He has bestowed upon you, and may you be grateful to the Giver, and may he reach his full strength, and may you be granted his righteousness." It is recommended for the congratulated one to reply with "May Allah bless you, and bestow His blessings upon you," or "May Allah reward you with goodness and grant you its like," or "May He multiply your reward."
