Does uttering "You are divorced" three consecutive times, then "You are divorced" after childbirth, then "You are forbidden to me; I have divorced you" in Ramadan constitute a divorce? And can the wife be taken back after that?

A man's saying to his wife, "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced," effects three divorces according to the majority of scholars, or one if he intended emphasis, or one according to some scholars. The divorce takes effect with the saying "You are divorced" after she delivers the baby, and it would be the second divorce.
