What is the meaning of "uncircumcised (ghurlan) without circumcision"?

On the Day of Judgment, people will be gathered barefoot, naked, and uncircumcised. The matter will be so severe that no one will be preoccupied with looking at the private parts of others. It has been narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said that some men from his Ummah would be brought forth and taken to the left, and he would be told that they introduced innovations after him. The meaning of them being gathered "uncircumcised" is that they will be gathered as they were created, with nothing missing from them, not even the foreskin that is cut during circumcision.
