If a wife requests divorce due to harm, is she obliged to return any portion of her dowry?

The husband is obligated to treat his wife well and not harm her. The wife has the right to request a divorce due to severe beating or other valid reasons for divorce. If this is proven to the judge, he will rule for her divorce without compensation.
