What should one do if semen comes out of him belatedly and intermittently? Should he perform ghusl the first time it comes out, or wait until its discharge stops and then make up the prayers? And are dry vaginal secretions with an egg-like smell normal?

He from whom semen is discharged belatedly or intermittently should not hasten to perform ghusl (ritual bath). Rather, he should wait for its complete discharge or cessation. If he fears that its discharge will cause him to miss the prayer time, he should perform ghusl and pray, and not wait for a make-up prayer. If some semen is discharged after ghusl without desire, he is not required to repeat ghusl; only wudu' (ablution) is required, according to the majority of scholars. As for vaginal discharge, we have not come across any statement from scholars indicating that its smell resembles that of eggs. Rather, they mentioned that the smell of eggs is among the signs of semen.
